At Bed Box, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. The information below outlines our shipping processes and estimated delivery timeframes.

Shipping Locations

Bed Box currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We deliver to most residential, business, and PO Box addresses across Australia, however some remote or restricted locations may be unavailable or subject to extended delivery timeframes.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier used.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas in the Eastern States: 1–5 business days
  • Regional and rural areas: 3–10 business days
  • Western Australia and remote locations: up to 10 business days or longer in some circumstances

Shipping Carriers

We use Australia Post and other reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders throughout Australia.

The carrier used may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the products ordered.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders Australia-wide.

No minimum spend is required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Carrier availability

Selecting express shipping prioritises delivery with the carrier but does not affect our standard order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier network disruptions

  • Peak shipping periods
  • Remote delivery locations

Bed Box is not responsible for delays that occur after an order has been dispatched, however we will do our best to assist with tracking and delivery enquiries.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is supplied and an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
